Returns Policy:

- Off the shelf items: All products to be returned must be in new condition with tags on merchandise and the original packaging. It should be done within 15 days after the date of purchase. Please contact us at sales@bikingthings.com before returning them. If the product is to be refunded only the item payment will be refunded (no shipping included). The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost to us.

- Custom made items: Only products that did not match the original description and proposal can be returned for a refund. If for any other reason any customized item will be returned, it has to be done within 3 days after receiving it. It will have a 50% restocking fee since it is a custom made jersey. Once the design are approved by the customer, the product will be delivered as proposed. Please contact us at sales@bikingthings.com before returning them. Also returned items will be property of bikingthings.com and can be sold in any of the company's sales channels.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges: Ship your return using the carrier of your choice and the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Contact us at sales@bikingtings.com before sending and item back to us.

Shipping Policy:

How is my shipping charge determined? Shipping charges are based off of USPS standard rate tables. Shipping weight, shipping method, and a small handling fee all determine how much shipping will be on an item.

Which locations do you ship to? We ship to the 50 United States and APO/FPO Boxes. Allow 2 - 5 business days for USPS Priority Mail orders to process. Please contact us for international shipping quote at sales@bikingthings.com we can ship items anywhere in the world.

When will my order ship? Orders placed before 4:00pm Eastern Time are processed for shipment the same business day. Most items ship within 24 hours of processing. Shipping & delivery days are Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

We do all we can to get our orders shipped out as soon as possible, and most orders ship within 24 hours of being sent to the warehouse (see our Customer's Comments). However, shipping charges are for the carrier service selected. We do not guarantee delivery dates, and we do not refund shipping charges if items do not ship on a specific day. We will do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If there is a problem with the delivery of your order, we will do everything we can to help resolve the problem.

Will I get a tracking number? If available, tracking numbers are sent via email, generally after 12pm of the business day after your order ships.
