Returns Policy: All products to be returned must be in new condition with tags on merchandise. Enclose a copy of your invoice with a brief explanation of reason for return/exchange. Returns for credit will be issued at invoice price for 5 days from date of invoice (does not include shipping). After 5 days the current web store price on item will be issued for credit on store inventory only. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Ship your return using the carrier of your choice - return shipping must be prepaid and is at the customers expense.

If an exchange is made the customer will be responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us and also needs to prepay for the shipping of the exchanged item back to the customer.

Shoes/Boots in original box must be placed inside an appropriate shipping box for return to be accepted.

Shipping Policy:

How is my shipping charge determined? Shipping charges are based off of USPS standard rate tables. Shipping weight, shipping method, and a small handling fee all determine how much shipping will be on an item.

Which locations do you ship to? We ship to the 50 United States and APO/FPO Boxes. Allow 2 - 5 business days for USPS Priority Mail orders to process. Please contact us for international shipping quote at sales@bikingthings.com

When will my order ship? Orders placed before 4:00pm Eastern Time are processed for shipment the same business day. Most items ship within 24 hours of processing. Shipping & delivery days are Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

We do all we can to get our orders shipped out as soon as possible, and most orders ship within 24 hours of being sent to the warehouse (see our Customers Comments). However, shipping charges are for the carrier service selected. We do not guarantee delivery dates, and we do not refund shipping charges if items do not ship on a specific day. We will do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If there is a problem with the delivery of your order, we will do everything we can to help resolve the problem.

Will I get a tracking number? If available, tracking numbers are sent via email, generally after 12pm of the business day after your order ships.
